Calendar hyperlink removes "target" attribute on publish

      Description

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1) Add Calendar portlet to page
      2) Click Add Event > Enter all required fields > Add some description text ("liferay.com")
      3) Highlight some text > "Link" > enter a URL > Target tab select New Window (_blank)
      4) View the HTML source – observe the target attribute on the <a href>

      <a href="http://www.liferay.com" target="_blank">Liferay.com</a>

      5) Publish the calendar entry.
      6) View the HTML source again

      Expected Results:
      On subsequent review of the Description’s source code, the HTML source should be the same as before

      Actual Results:
      On subsequent review of the Description’s source code, the target=”_blank” parameter is no longer present
