      Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to Control Panel > Content & Data > Knowledge Base.
      2. Add a new Basic Article.
      3. Publish article.
      4. Click at the dropdown menu of the new KB article.

      Expected Behavior:
      The menu should display properly.

      Actual Behavior:
      The menu is out of border.
