Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as the buyer user;
2. Reach minimum site's catalog;
3. Create an order by adding product(s) to the cart;
4. Complete the checkout process;
5. Log in as the admin;
6. Go to Commerce -> Orders;
7.  Enter the order's details;
8. Go to Overview and turn the Order Status into "To Transmit";
9. Save;
10. Go to Billing and turn the Status into "Paid";
11. As the notification appears, go to User menu -> Notifications and open it;
