Asset Publisher - Focus border box is partially not showing on pagination

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add asset publisher to page
2. Add some assets
3. configure asset publisher portlet with pagination
4. Click on "Page x of x" button a couple times

Expected Result:
Focus border should completely surround the "Page x of x" button

Actual Result:
Focus border is partially shown around the button

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7
