Description
Description
After creating categories in a vocabulary and making them required for web content, the error message that appears when categories are not selected are showing two contradictory messages. The error message states that "Please select at least one category for Test. You cannot select more than one category for Test."
Only the first message should appear as you can indeed select more than one category.
Steps to reproduce
- Start Liferay.
- Go to Categorization -> Category and create a new Vocabulary named Test
- Select Allow Multiple categories to be true, and under Associated Asset Types, select Web Content Article / All Asset Subtypes and make it required
- Create two categories in the new Vocabulary named a and b
- Create a new piece of basic web content and try to publish
Results of Testing
Expected Results: Error message should only show "Please select at least one category for Test"
Actual Results: Error message shows both "Please select at least one category for Test" and "You cannot select more than one category for Test."
