Cannot Perform Bulk Assignment of Site Members to a Site Role

Discovered on the DXP 7.2 GA1 release bundle (Postgres DB).

Actual Behavior: Site Members cannot be assigned to a Site Role in bulk. The button is grayed out in the Actions Menu (see GIF).

Expected Behavior: The Assign Site Roles button is available as a bulk action.
