Date range in publication templates does not display properly

When creating a staging publication template, if the option to publish based on a user input date range is selected, the date range does not appear correctly in the template on subsequent viewings.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Turn on staging for a site.
2. Create a publish template and select the "Date Range" option.
3. Set the date range to a date previous to today's date (e.g. 5/10 - 5/11).
4. Save this template.
5. View the template.

Expected Results:

Template displays date range 5/10 - 5/11

Actual Results:

Template displays date range of today's date 6/10 - 6/10 or the previous day's date.
