      Description

I would like to see search results for Web Content by order of relevance

      Current Behavior
When searching for web content in the control panel, hits returned aren't being listed by relevance.

Example: we have a web content item with the exact title Terms and Phrases, we look for this item using the search bar with the search criteria Terms and Phrases > Result the item is not listed at the top of the hits returned.

Here is a solid example of what we're seeing now:

      1. Create a new Basic Web Content with the following TITLE, SUMMARY and CONTENT

      TITLE: Terms and Phrases

      2. Create a 2nd new Basic Web Content with the following TITLE, SUMMARY and CONTENT

TITLE: Park at the Leadership Institute
SUMMARY: There is no on-site parking at the Leadership Institute, but there are other options.
CONTENT: The City of Vincent has a number of car parks throughout Leederville.
The closest long term paid parking is available on the south side of The Avenue Car Park on Leederville Parade.
Short term paid parking (two hour) is available in adjacent streets.
The City of Vincent offers a 'pay by phone' parking service.
The Institute is a two minute walk from Leederville train station.
      Taxis service the site promptly.
Cycle racks are located outside Building F.
Download the Institute map and parking information.

      3. Create a third new Basic Web Content with the following TITLE, SUMMARY and CONTENT

TITLE: Preparing a Level 3 classroom teacher portfolio program
SUMMARY: Preparing for Stage 1 - Developing a Level 3 Classroom Teacher Portfolio supports aspiring Level 3 Classroom Teachers with the process. This professional learning opportunity has a focus on the development of the Level 3 Classroom Teacher portfolio.
CONTENT: It is recommended that participants attend the information session prior to attending the Preparing for Stage 1 - Developing a Level 3 Classroom Portfolio professional learning.
Note: from 2019, this program will only be available during term breaks.
Program aims consider their role in the implementation of system and school initiatives gain familiarity with the competencies and assessment rubrics
reflect on their teaching experience and expertise and how it can be described to address the competencies begin to develop written responses to one or more of the competencies develop an understanding of the 'Introductory Statement' and its purpose view model portfolios and examples of high quality evidence.

      4. In Control Panel > Content > Web Content, search for: Terms and Phrases

      Result
The web content entry is listed third (last out of 3)

      Analysis
The current behavior seems to be ASC and sort by date modified as a part of our current design.

      Request
Please permit the ability to establish relevance as the default order for search results in Control Panel.
