Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add Westeros Site
2. Navigate to home page
3. Assert carousel web content
4. Click pencil icon to edit page

Expected Result:
Able to view web content/carousel contents

Actual Result:
no web content is selected, trying to select a web content to display through portlet results in no selectable web content. After editing and publishing page the web content carousel no longer is displayed.
