LPS-96685 has introduced the ability for fragments to have configuration, which can be specified through a JSON configuration definition file and then imported into a site. The goal of this Story is to build on top by supporting changing the configuration definition through the fragments administration application.

The simplest way to satisfy this is to allow editing the JSON file with a code editor. The code editor should validate the file upon save to ensure that it is valid. If there are any errors they should be reported in a clear way to the user, pointing to the line where the problem exists and enough information to help the web developer know how to fix the problem.
