Removing file from upload field reappears when moving to another field

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content > Forms
2. Add a new form
3. Add Upload Field
4. Add any other field
5. Preview form
6. Select a file to upload field
7. Remove file from field
8. Select other field

Expected Result:

File is removed from upload field

Actual Result:

File reappears when selecting another field

Note:

It is also happening when clicking on repeatable option or repeatable trash icon of another field too.

Reproduced on:

Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7
