We should have a Web Content section, since Web Content and Documents and Media are considered two different things. The current behavior is confusing in light of this, and separating out Documents and Media from other assets that it nests would help to allow for more granularity in the type of assets that can be exported.

1. Grant that user Administrator role
2. Create a new user
3. Sign in with that user
4. Create a Web Content Article
5. Sign out, and sign in as [e-mail]
6. Go to Control Panel > Users > Users and Organizations
7. Locate the user, and click the tri-colon next to the user's name > Export data
8. Create a new export event
