Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Content > Forms
2.Add a new from and add a Select from List to it
3.Add a few options into the list, save and publish form
4.Add a Form portlet to any page and set the new created form
5.Access the page with IE11

Expected Result: The dropdown menu width matches the size of the Select above
Actual Result: The dropdown menu width is smaller than Select above
