Look and Feel Configuration: Administrator does not "have the roles required to access this portlet"

(I'm not sure about the correct components for this issue)

 

Steps to reproduce (see screenshots):

• Sign in as Administrator
• add any widget to page
• Choose "Lood and Feel Configuration"
• Change "Application Decorators" to "Barebone" (or actually: No change needed at all)
• Save
• Observe: "You do not have the roles required to access this portlet." AND "Success:Your request completed successfully."
• Observe: Request really was successful (good)
• However, Administrator should be able to view this dialog after saving. Closing/reopening the dialog is required to continue working in it.
