Unable to create folders

      Description

      When you have a fragment with a customizable image you are not able to create a new directory if needed.

       

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. drop the 'Banner Center' section onto a content page.
      2. edit the background
      3. a popup will occur to upload your image, but there's no way to add additional folders
