Resource permissions names for wedeploy are not consistent with other resource permission names

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start liferay 7.2.x dxp
2. Go to Control Panel > Users > Roles
3. Create a new regular role
4. Go to Define Permissions
5. Go to Control Panel > Configuration > WeDeploy Auth Admin

Expected result:

The sections under resource permissions have normal names

Actual result:

The sections under resource permissions have names such as "MODEL.RESOURCE.COM.LIFERAY.PORTAL.SECURITY.WEDEPLOY.AUTH"

Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7.
