The mouse pointer is wrong when interacting with Delete option through the Action Menu/kebab

The table headers are not aligned to Left on Safari

Setup

1. There must be Custom Objects created on App Builder.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects;
2. Click on the action menu of one of the Custom Objects;

Expected Result

The mouse pointer is a glove icon (used to access hyperlinks).

Actual Result

The mouse pointer is wrong when interacting with Delete option through the Action Menu/kebab. It can confuse the user as well as can impact accessibility tools when trying to read this option.
