Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Web Content Structure
2. Add a Separator field, and nest under it a text field and an HTML field
3. Change the Separator field's properties so that it is repeatable
4. Title and Save the structure
5. Create a new web content based on that structure
6. Repeat it twice, and give each respective text box a title (e.g., 1, 2 and 3)
7. Drag the "Separator" part, and drop the last group over the middle group
8. Assert that it is not very apparent that the groups of structure fields are drag-and-droppable

Actual Results
It isn't clear that repeated fields can be rearranged, as there is a lack of visual cues

Expected Results
Add clear visual cues in Web Content for repeated fields that can be rearranged and make for a consistent experience with the rest of Liferay (e.g., Page Administration)
