LPS-95122 changes the html markup for the Product Menu and changes the menu hover color to white. This was an unintentional change.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start up DXP
2. Open the Product Menu on the left and click on Content
3. Hover over any of the menu under Content

In 7.1
Expected Behavior: Text color is #eeeffa
Actual Behavior: Text color is #FFF

In 7.0
Expected Behavior: Text does not change color
Actual Behavior: The text changes the color to white when hovered over
