Duplicate images in Wiki and Message Boards in IE11

Reproduction Steps:
1) Start Liferay and test in IE11
2) Go to Message Boards in Control Panel
3) Add a new Thread
4) Click on the editor, click on the plus size and add an image

Expected behavior:
The image is added once in the editor

Current behavior:
The image is added twice in the editor. This will occur in WIKI as well.
