      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open the comments panel for a fragment.
      2. Add a comment.
      3. Reply to the comment.
      4. Try to delete the comment that created in step#2

      Expected: Delete the comment works as expected.
      Actual: The page is auto-refreshed.

      Note: This also affects Edit.
