Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a new user
2. Add Invite Members widget on page
3. Invite the new user
4. Login in with the new user
5. Go to Notifications, click Confirm button to accept this request

Expected Results: Accept this invite request.
Actual Results: No response after clicking Confirm and Ignore button, and browser error shows:
TypeError: A.io.request is not a function
