Main acceptance criteria(s): When a wiki admin enables the highlight of links to nonexistent pages, then the creole links to nonexistent will appear in red.

Description: This case tests that enabling broken link highlighting will apply to existing entries with broken links.

Test steps:

1. Create wiki page 1 and add a link [[test]] in the content field
2. Enable highlighting of links in System Settings > Wiki
3. View wiki page 1
4. Assert link to page 1 is highlighted in red
