Steps to Reproduce:

1. on IE11 browser
2. drag and drop an image to Alloy Editor
3. Try to resize image

Expected Result:
Able to resize image when it renders

Actual Result:
Delayed ability to resize image

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7
