      Description

      The documentation (https://dev.liferay.com/en/develop/tutorials/-/knowledge_base/7-0/json-web-services-invoker#simple-invoker-calls) on the JSON web services invoker gives this URL for a JSON web services invoker example:

      http://localhost:8080/api/jsonws/invoke?cmd=\{%22/user/get-user-by-id%22:{%22userId%22:20172&p_auth=htXjvt5d}}

       However, this URL produces an HTTP 400 with the message "Invalid character found in the request target. The valid characters are defined in RFC 7230 and RFC 3986".

      To reproduce, use the URL above replacing the user ID with the user ID of your default admin user and replace the p_auth token value with your own.
