Add more details about how elastic uptimes are calculated

      Hi Nick,

      There are some details about Elastic subscriptions that are missing from the official docs and I feel like they are important for customers to read before signing up for this option.

      Here is the shortened version that I send to Sales when they tell me a new customer is interested in using Elastic pricing:

      "One important thing about Elastic pricing is that by working through LCS it counts the server uptime, and not the site's availability. So the Elastic times that will be charged will naturally be a little more, in hours or minutes, than a load balancer's times.
      The LCS Client reports back to the LCS platform the start time of each connected server (which is the JVM start time, also different from the "start time" in an ELB report) and the end time, which can be (a) approx. 6 minutes after ** the time of the last heartbeat, if the server is killed, (b) the time when the server is shutting down, if it's done gracefully or (c) the time when the server is unregistered through the LCS Platform UI.
      The LCS Platform then adds up all of the registered servers uptimes and calculates how many servers exceeded the purchased subscriptions. This information is sent to the Liferay Accounts team who then generates a quarterly invoice."
      The quarterly invoices is mentioned in the Elastic Terms and Conditions that come up when selecting it at environment creation, however the other stuff is not mentioned.
