Create a Developer FAQ page in the Distribute section of the community docs

    Description

      Most of the content on the Marketplace Developer portal has been moved to the official documentation site. One of the few remaining categories is this FAQ page: https://web.liferay.com/web/developer/marketplace/faq we would like to move it too.

      It is targeted at developers, which is different from the current FAQ that is for a general marketplace user. 

      Our suggestion is to create a "Developer FAQ" page to keep this information accessible.
