Hey Russ,

Now that we have updated the docs for 7.2 to cover ES7 and ES6.8 (with also mentioning when the configs are different on 6.5 and below), we should backport the related changes for setting up ES 6.8 to 7.1.x and 7.0.x too where Elasticsearch 6.8 is also supported so our docs should cover that.

In addition, we should remove the Standard and Premium references from the LES docs.

Can you please do this?
