4. Create an osgi folder in your Liferay Home. Extract the folders (i.e., configs, core, and more) from OSGi ZIP file to the osgi folder. The osgi folder provides the necessary modules for Liferay DXP's OSGi runtime.
Comment: "Step 4 needs to clarify that the customer should EXCLUDE the state folder if it's found in the OSGi ZIP file. The OSGi ZIP file was reporting a path of ../tomcat-9.0.17 in my test setup, but I was using 9.0.38, so it did not find this folder. I will be leveraging a separate request to ask our release teams to exclude this going forward."
