      Description

      Steps to reproduce/Testing done

      1. Install the SP11 Maven artifacts
      2. Download the attached project
      3. Run the following command:
        mvn -X liferay:build-service -DserviceFileName=src/main/java/com/liferay/portlet/test/service.xml
      4. Notice that the build-service cycle fails with a similar error:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.liferay.maven.plugins:liferay-maven-plugin:6.2.10.11:build-service (default-cli) on project z-portlet-portlet: Unable to find service.xml with path /home/jonathan/repositories/liferay-plugins-ee-6.2.10/portlets/test-portlet/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/service.xml

The parameter is being passed in properly to ServiceBuilderMojo.initProperties, but it is then overwritten with "webappDir.concat("/WEB-INF/service.xml")".
