current liferay-maven-plugin and archetypes artifacts should be published under 6.2.x version stream

      Description

      The current versions for archetypes and liferay-maven-plugin are versioned in the 7.x version stream but that is incorrect. Support for maven development for Liferay 7 will come from brand new maven plugins in the liferay-portal/modules/sdk/ and /modules/util/ artifacts.
