liferay-layouttpl-archetype doesn't generate the default tpl files

With the plugisn sdk new layout template projects will have 3 default files in the docroot 2 tpl files and one icon and the liferay-layout-template.xml file references these as well.

However, the liferay-layouttpl-archetype doesn't generate the 2 tpl and 1 icon files as it should.
