Would like to add the patched portal-web-*.war to the the liferay download site for Maven

Currently, there is a patched portal-web.war for Maven artifacts so that problematic png files no longer interfere with Liferay-maintained Maven artifacts. However, this patched version of the portal-web.war is not available for download via:

http://www.liferay.com/group/customer/downloads/-/asset_publisher/YtYHVPRKNO6z/content/2012-08-01-6-1-20-portal-maven

For the sake of convenience, this patched version of the portal-web.war should be available in the liferay.com site and one should not have to point their maven project to a patched version of Liferay so that any projects being built, pick-up the patched versions of files.
