Missing activity data from application view within OAuth2 Connected Applications portlet

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add an OAuth2 application and perform any flow to obtain an access token
      2. Navigate to User >  My Account > OAuth2 Connected Applications
      3. Click into the application that was added in step 1

      Actual result:
      "Last Access" and "Authorization" fields under "Activity" section are not populated with any data.

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 9.0.6 + MySQL 5.7.22
