The tags selector in Task portlet doesn't work properly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a site without SO theme
2. Add Task Portlet
3. Click in "Add Task"

The Tags selector doesn't load the buttons (Add, Select and Suggested) and appears a javascript error in the console "Liferay.Service.Asset is undefined".
