Currently, when uploading a picture for use as a logo to a Social Office site, the resulting logo is a tiny version of said picture. There seems to be a vertical lock on the uploaded logo - seems about 100 pixels or so - that severely limits the look of whatever has been uploaded, and is not consistent with portal-side behavior (see attachments), wherein displayed custom logos are not restricted in size.

No options seem to exist in portal.properties to control the dimensions of the picture, and as a result neither do they exist in the Server Administration section with other such variables. The way my photo is previewed when I first select it and then save, is radically different than how it is displayed in-site; aside from that, there are no verbal warnings such a restriction will take place.

My suggestion would be to standardize Social Office site logo behavior with Portal-side behavior; that is to say, we should afford the user the choice of what dimensions his custom logo will be.
