This looks like the issue described in
SOS-987. This issue is about the order that things are clicked in.
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Add user email@example.com to Social Office User Role.
2.) Log off and back on as firstname.lastname@example.org
3.) Go to the Test Test drop down in the dock bar and choose My Account
This results in a not found error message.
Now if you click Test Test under the Social Office Logo in the left hand column it will properly and take you to the users profile. At this point if you repeat the steps above everything will work as expected.
