Cannot delete a user when SO plugins are deployed

      Description

      When the SO plugins are deployed, an administrator is unable to delete any user, regardless of whether they have a Social Office role or not. This error does not happen when the Social Office plugins are not deployed.

      Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Deploy the SO plugins
      2. Add a new user (there is no need to give the new user an SO role)
      3. Deactivate the new user
      4. Delete the new user
      5. Exceptions will appear and an error message will appear
