Once the User adds an Event with the current date, it does not display under Today's Event in the Events portlet.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Click Go to > Control Panel > Roles
2) Click Actions > Assign Members near to Social Office User
3) Click Available
4) Flag Joe Bloggs
5) Click Update Associations
6) Click Dashboard
7) Click Add Site
(a) Name: Events Test Site
8) Click Save
9) Click Events Test Site > Calendar
10) Click Add Event
(a) Start Date: Today's Date
(b) Title: Event 1
(c) Description: Today's Event
11) Click Save
12) Assert that Event 1 displays in the Summary
13) Click Home
14) FAIL - Assert that Event 1 displays in the Events Portlet
If the 'All Day Event' check box is flagged, Event 1 will display under Upcoming Events. Event 1 should display under Today's Events.
