SOS-1198 Remove confusion between notificationEvents, userNotificationEvents, and notificationEventsCount.

Missed a few instances of the changed variables.

A few other files needed to be updated to the new variable names, in order to keep the notifications portlet from breaking.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Add a second SO user.
2. Add the user as a connection.
3. Sign in as the user and confirm the connection request.
4. Send 12 private messages to the admin user.
5. Sign in as the admin.
6. At the notifications drop down, notice that only 10 notifications are listed.
7. Click "Mark as All".
8. Refresh the page.
9. Now the last two notifications are listed.
