Social Office theme should provide possibility to suppress "Powered By Liferay" in footer

It would be nice to have runtime possibility to remove "Powered By Liferay" from the footer of so-theme. It could be done using theme's setting in liferay-look-and-feel.xml, with default value "show in footer".
