Events Display Configuration does not always change properly

      Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Add a new site
      2. Go to calendar
      3. Add 6 new Calendar Events in the Calendar portlet (The events should all be taking place on the current day)
      4. Click the wrench icon for Events portlet
      5. Click Configuration
      6. Under Maximum Events to Display, select 5.
      7. The events display portlet will change to show just five events
      8. Go to the second page of the Events Display portlet. There will be one event visible
      9. Repeat steps 4 and 5
      10. Under Maximum Events to Display, select 10
      11. The display will not change. The maximum events displayed will still be 5 and the sixth event will be on the second page.
