      Description

      When #so-context is taller than #so-sidebar and the browser window has a reduced size, the chat portlet can cover the bottom portion of the so-sidebar causing the sites portlet buttons to be unusable.

        PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

        1. Go to the Dashboard.
        2. Make your browser window small enough in height that you have to scroll down to the very bottom.
        3. Verify that the Sites portlet buttons don't get cut off by the chat portlet.

        This was verified on IE7, IE8, IE9, and Firefox.
