      Description

      Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Add user1 and give it a Social Office role
      2. Click Dashboard > Contacts Center > user1 > Add Connection
      3. Confirm connection on user1 account
      4. Log back in to test@liferay.com/test
      5. Click Joe Bloggs > My Profile > Contacts > user1
      6. Flag Edit Controls (if not already flagged)

      'My Contacts' and 'Contacts Center' configuration tabs are grey and will become black when hovered over, blocking the text of the button(s) underneath them
