      Description

      Here are the steps to reproduce:

      1. Add an SO User
      2. Add a Private Restricted SO Site
      3. Sign out and sign in as the new SO user
      4. Click on the newly created Private Restricted Site under "All Sites" in the Sites Portlet
      5. The user will be taken to error message as expected, but Null Pointer Exceptions will also appear.

          No longer see NPE at head, but we should not show URL if site only has private pages and user is not a member.

          Passed Manual Testing following steps in description:

          Tomcat 7.0.27 + MySQL 5.5. 6.1.X GIT ID: dac63e4b6e49c2e2117a86d433c21e3d9a182118.
          SO Plugins 6.1.x EE GIT ID: b410f9feb9af236a9f7be5ad3acc32bc034af0b1.

          No longer able to click link in step 4 so no NPE exception.
