When a user floats objects within a wiki page, the bottom of the wiki page flows around the content

      Description

      When a user floats objects within a wiki page, the bottom of the wiki page should clear the formatted content so it doesn't re-flow around the content.

          PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

          1. Add a new site
          2. Go to Wiki in the new site
          3. Flag Edit Controls -> Go to Configuration for wiki -> Look and Feel -> Advanced Styling
          4. Type in the following under "Enter your custom CSS.":
          .float-left

          { float: left; }

          5. Save
          6. Click on the FrontPage to add content
          7. Select MediaWiki under Format
          8. Type the following: <div class="float-left">This is wiki page content</div>
          7. Publish
          8. Assert that the Add Child Page and 0 Attachments are still in their same spot and not moved over towards the right by the content that was added
