White Space at bottom of SO strata theme needs refining

The white space at the bottom of pages with the SO strata theme needs to be refined. The white space is too large for certain pages and the way its aligned so that it extends under the page menu can cause confusion for the viewer (at one point, it was briefly mistaken for firebug). Not sure if the breadcrumbs in the white space are intended either.
