Comments in message boards doesn't really make sense. Each one would be a reply and displaying a whole thread wouldn't be good.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Add an SO site
2. Add a forum post
3. Go the activities page and view the forums post
4. Assert there is no option to add a comment
