Here are the steps to reproduce (must be done in Internet Explorer 7):

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Try to click on the Go To, notification, Joe Bloggs or Configuration links

Expected result:
The links would either show a dropdown menu or the dockbar

Actual result:
No dropdown or dockbar will appear after the links are clicked
