After upgrading, each comment will post 2 entries - one for the comment itself and one for the entry you are commenting on

1. Deploy SO 2.0.5
2. Create a second user called User1.
3. Create a new site.
4. Add a form thread to the site.
5. Login as User1.
6. Join the site.
7. Reply to the thread.
8. Login as [e-mail]
9. Reply to the reply.
10. Upgrade to SO 2.1

Actual result: In the activities portlet, each comment entry reposts the entry that the user is commenting on, resulting in seemingly duplicated entries.

Expected result: The entry that I am making a comment on will not be posted again.

Note: This happens only on upgrade. It does not occur normally.
